Sizzling Grilled Shrimp

Add a fiery tropical twist to your BBQ with these simple grilled shrimp skewers, infused with the bold flavors of Scotch Bonnet Sizzle


• 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
• 2 tbsp Scotch Bonnet Sizzle
• 2 tbsp honey
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• ¼ cup cilantro
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the Scotch Bonnet Sizzle, olive oil, honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Grill shrimp over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and cooked through.
  4. Serve topped with cilantro and extra lime wedges and enjoy!

Tropical Blaze Mango Chicken Tacos

Spice up taco night with a burst of tropical heat using Island Flame Tropical Blaze! These easy mango chicken tacos are the perfect blend of sweet, spicy, and refreshing.


Ingredients:


• 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
• 2 tbsp Tropical Blaze
• 1/2 cup diced mango
• 1/4 cup diced red onion
• 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
• Juice of 1 lime
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Small tortillas


Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, toss the shredded chicken with Tropical Blaze until evenly coated.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix diced mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make a fresh mango salsa.
  3. Warm the tortillas and fill them with the spicy shredded chicken.
  4. Top with the fresh mango salsa and enjoy!

Habanero Heat Spicy Roasted Cauliflower

Looking for a flavorful twist on veggies? This Habanero Heat Spicy Roasted Cauliflower packs a punch and is super easy to make! Perfect as a side or a light main dish.


Ingredients:
• 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
• 2 tbsp Habanero Heat
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley for garnish
• Lime wedges for garnish


Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix olive oil, Habanero Heat, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper and toss florets in them
  3. Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through, until golden brown and crispy at the edges.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lime juice and serve with your favourite dipping sauce

Serve as a spicy appetizer or enjoy as a side dish!
